Michael Gerber (Pennsylvania)
Michael Gerber is a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 148 from 2005 to 2013.
Gerber earned his B.A. in American History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. He went on to receive his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2000.
After earning his law degree, Gerber began working as an attorney. He has also worked as a Law Clerk for the United States Attorney's Office of the Eastern District of Pennsyvlvania's Criminal Prosecution Division. He has worked for Governor Ed Rendell's Transition Team as Legal Counsel as well.

Gerber ran in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 148. Gerber ran unopposed in the primary on April 24, 2012, but no longer appears on the list of general election candidates. [1][2]
2010
Gerber won re-election to the 148th District seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition and defeated Republican Matt Maguire in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[3]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Gerber won re-election to the 148th District seat of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He received 24,532 votes, defeating Republican Matthew Maguire (12,281).[4]
