Michael Ghutzman is the Chief of the Major Crimes Section at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, he’s Board Certified in Criminal Law, and should be your choice to be the next judge of the 359th District Court. Michael attended Texas A&M University and earned both a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Public Service and Administration from the Bush School of Government. In December 2015, Michael received his law degree from the University of Houston. In March 2016, Michael started his career as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Having had a front row seat to watch soft on crime, Democrat judges take over in Harris County, Michael applied to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and was hired by Brett Ligon in November 2017. On behalf of the citizens of the State of Texas, Michael has prosecuted over 4000 cases to disposition. Michael has distinguished himself as a notable trial lawyer having tried over forty cases to verdict. Michael has litigated some of the most serious cases in Montgomery County including violent crime, Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Children, Failure to Render Aid Causing Death, and Intoxication Manslaughter. Michael has always been focused on keeping Montgomery County safe and is the “law and order” candidate in this race. Michael would be honored to have your vote and support to be the next judge of the 359th District Court.
