Michael Hayworth is a judge of the 16th District Court in Montana. He was appointed by Governor Steve Bullock on June 19, 2013, to replace the late Judge Gary L. Day.[1] He was retained by voters in 2014, winning a six-year term that expires on December 31, 2020. [2]

Education
Hayworth received an associate degree from Miles Community College in 1989, a B.A. from George Washington University in 1992, and a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995.[4]
