Michael E. Hegarty is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He was appointed to this position in 2006.[1]
Biography
Prior to becoming a judge, Michael Hegarty was the deputy chief of the civil division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He later became chief of that division for the District of Colorado.[2]
