Michael J. Barrasse is a judge of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Barrasse was elected to the court in 1999 and retained in 2009. His current term expires in 2019.[2]

Barrasse earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University.[2]
