Michael J. Kramer is a judge for the Noble County Circuit Court in Indiana. He won the seat in the general election on November 8, 2016.

At the time of his election to the Noble County Circuit Court, Kramer was a judge for the Noble County Superior Court in Indiana. He first joined that court in January 1991 and was last re-elected to it on November 4, 2014.[1]

Prior to joining the Noble County Superior Court, Kramer was an attorney with the firm Heckner & Kirsch.[4]
