Michael E. Kirby was a justice with the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. He was first elected to the Court in 1999 and he retired in 2011.[1]
Education
Judge Kirby graduated with a B. A. (History) in 1970 from LSU and earned his J. D. from LSU Law Center, 1973.
