Michael L. Hanuszczak

Michael L. Hanuszczak was a judge for the Onondaga County Family Court in New York. He served in this position from 2001 to 2020. Hanuszczak resigned on September 21, 2020 following accusations of misconduct. [1]
Education
Hanuszczak received his B.A. degree from Syracuse University's Maxwell School in 1980 and his JD degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1984.[2]
Career
Hanuszczak worked as a private practice attorney from 1990 to 1995. He was the New York Assistant Attorney General in-Charge from 1995 to 1998. In 2001, he joined the Family Court bench, where he served until 2020. [2]
