Michael L. Tucker (Republican Party) is a judge of the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals. He assumed office on February 11, 2017. His current term ends on February 10, 2029.
Tucker (Republican Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Tucker was previously an administrative judge with the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.[1] He was first elected to that court in 2001.
Biography
Education
Tucker received his undergraduate degree from Wright State University in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1980.[1]
Career
Before joining the court, Tucker was an attorney in private practice from 1980 until 2000 with a focus in civil litigation. Immediately before his election to the court, he was a partner at the firm of Tucker, Fullenkamp & Singer.[1]
