Michael Lorentz
Michael Lorentz was a 2016 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 6th Congressional District of Ohio.[1]
Biography
As of 2016, Lorentz was serving his third term as mayor of Belpre, Ohio. He has also served as an assistant scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts and a deacon at his church. Prior to his public service, he worked for 26 years at Shell Chemical in Ohio, working his way up from his position as a member of the fire brigade to plant supervisor.[2]
