Biography

Michael Magnotta was born in Albion, Michigan. Magnotta served in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 1996. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008 and a doctorate in dental surgery from the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry in 2013. Magnotta's career experience includes working as a doctor of dental surgery.^[1]

Dr. Michael Magnotta, Constitutional Conservative, 'We the People' Candidate, War Time US Army Veteran, Anti Tyranny and Corruption, Researched Biophysics/Biochemistry, Fought Lockdowns/ineffective masking since April 2020 & Forced Shots since December 2020, Pro-Life, Pro-Law & Order including Safe Immigration, Defender of Family & Children, Christian in Action by Ministry with at-risk Children, Native Americans, inmates. Utilizes Dental Practice as Ministry to hurting people.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

No Special Treatment for Congress! Anti-Tyranny & Corruption!
Get the Power (from the Federal Government) Back to 'We the People' using the Constitution!
Fighter for Children & Families with Law & Order and Accurate Education w/Patriotic History... Plus no other Indoctrination which confuses and divides our Children!!!

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am willing yet again, to lay my very life down to fight for Life, Liberty, & Opportunity for All Americans by securing the "Blessings of Liberty" our Sacred Constitution Prescribes!

Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?

The Bible from Genesis to Revelation with much evaluation, examination, and prayer. The Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Gettysburg Address, and Federalist Papers to start.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

Determination, hard work, ethics and morality.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

Integrity, passion, hardwork, intense thinker and researcher, motivational leader, small business owner, a man of and for 'We the People'!

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

Adhere to the Constitution and Represent We the People of my District and the USA.

What legacy would you like to leave?

Transforming the Federal Government and Nation to shine once again!

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

Tearing down of the Berlin Wall and subsequent collapse of the Soviet Union due to Strong, American First Policies when I was 17-19 years old. Then I was off to Basic Training during Desert Sheild/Storm.

What is something that has been a struggle in your life?

Loss of my dad under horrific circumstances as a teen. A lot of adversities, challenges, and areas of growth that I have had to overcome.

What qualities does the U.S. House of Representatives possess that makes it unique as an institution?

It should be the People's House and I will fight to shine the light to bring it to the Founder's intent!

Do you believe that it's beneficial for representatives to have previous experience in government or politics?

Yes, and I have experience with Politics in Native American Affairs.

What do you perceive to be the United States’ greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?

Internal Corruption/Divisiness and transfer of wealth to our adversaries.

If you are not a current representative, are there certain committees that you would want to be a part of?

House Education/Labor, Armed Services, Veteran Affairs, Oversight/Reform, Ethics, Science (Health) Tech, Foreign Affairs Committees.

Do you believe that two years is the right term length for representatives?

Yes

What are your thoughts on term limits?

I am for appropriate length Term Limits. The President has them and I believe Congress and Bureaucrats should as well.

Is there a particular representative, past or present, whom you want to model yourself after?

Former President John Qunicy Adams who argued against the evilsnof slavery in spite of popular opinion. Abraham Lincoln was greatly influenced and inspired by Adams.

Both sitting representatives and candidates for office hear many personal stories from the residents of their district. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching, memorable, or impactful?

The numerous harmful impacts that ineffective lockdowns, Mandates and corruption have had on Small Business owners, Healthcare Heroes, Families, and Children.

Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?

Adhering to the Truth and what is Right will win in the end.

The Constitution says that all bills for raising revenue must originate in the House. What role would this power play in your priorities if elected?

I would seek to squash funding for actions outside the Constitution!
