Michael Mason (Illinois judge)
Michael T. Mason was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was appointed to this position on September 29, 2001.[1] He retired in 2019.[2]
Education
Judge Mason earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1965 and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School in 1977.[3]
Career
From 1977 until he was appointed a magistrate judge, Mr. Mason worked as an assistant federal defender for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.[3]
