As a member of the Centennial budget committee, I know the breadth of programs in the

Centennial School District that support student success at all grade levels. As a charter school board member, I have hands-on experience working with strategic plans, policy, budgets, and relevant community input and feedback. As a parent in the district, I have a vested interest in the success of our schools. As we enter uncertainty with federal policy and funding, I will prioritize student success and

well-being, working to maintain the diversity of district programs.
  • I celebrate the diversity among our students and families in the Centennial School district. We

all benefit from this fact. Our schools must be safe for students, regardless of race, gender

    identity, or immigration status.
  • I will actively both solicit student and community voices from all over the district, from Rockwood to Pleasant Valley.
  • When tough decisions need to be made, I will act with empathy, standing for all students and families in the district and valuing diverse perspectives and experience.
I am passionate about listening to and supporting all students and families in the district.
An elected official needs to recognize that they represent more than just themselves. They need to listen to the community who voted for them and be willing to change their own opinion.
I believe someone elected to this office (or really any office) should demonstrate a dedication to serving the district as I have done so with my budget committee service.
My first official job was at an ice cream store while I was in high school. I worked there for three of four years of high school.
My constituents are all of the families in the district and I need to advocate for all students, regardless of race, income, or immigration status.
I believe transparency is of utmost importance. The community deserves to know what is being done in their name.
