My name is Michael Oxford.

I was born and raised in California.

I’ve been here my entire life.

I was born at good Samaritan Hospital in Los Gatos, and I was raised in South San Jose.

I went to Oak Grove high school - Class of 01, and San Jose City College.

I dropped out when I hurt my back and couldn’t play baseball anymore.

I couldn’t justify going hundreds of thousands of dollars into debt, when I didn’t know what job an English major would get me.

That ended up being a good call.

I’m not in debt, or indoctrinated.

Win/Win

I’m an A/V technician - 18 years.

Sound & Communications. IBEW Local 595.

There isn’t much work for us right now, due to democrat policies.

In February 2023, I was fired - while working on a construction site in Pacific Heights of San Francisco - for refusing to wear a mask.

I decided to make a video about it, and it went viral.

This landed me on Tucker Carlson the following day.

I’ve been unable to obtain any meaningful Employment since that moment.

Due to the obvious discrimination regarding my opinions, vaccination status, and some would argue - discrimination for other things I can’t control about myself, I have decided to run for office against a man who pushes the very ideology that cost me my career.

California became tyrannical the last four years, and California politicians became tyrants.

I am here to put them all on notice, and I’m here to take John Lairds job.
  • Fentanyl dealers must be arrested, and prosecuted to the highest possible extent of the law. These monsters have proven to be a plague on our society, but for some inexplainable reason, they are allowed to operate openly - with impunity. If they are not legally allowed to be in this country, they must be immediately deported, which means we must also maintain a strong southern border.

This also means all sanctuary city policies must come to an immediate end.

Once the dealers are taken care of, we must stop providing drug addicts with the tools needed to consume drugs (Pipes, Foil, Cookers, Needles, etc) at the taxpayer expense.

They should also be given a mandatory detox, and separate wings can be created within jails for this.
  • Parental rights are being stripped away by the state, and many parents aren’t even aware it’s happening. More and more vaccines are added to the schedule each year. The state is now going to be “Teaching” your child how to identify “misinformation”. Sexual conversations are being had with children. Not a single sexual conversation should be had with a child, in any school affiliated capacity, without the express written consent of the parent. Additionally, this must only be in order to educate regarding reproduction. Further, young female athletes are now being forced to compete against biological boys, and share private spaces with them. What we’re doing is madness, and it needs to stop, immediately.
  • The climate crisis is being used as a Trojan horse to force insane offshore wind projects that are nothing more than another high-speed rail to nowhere - with catastrophic environmental consequences. The amount of money being poured into this is out of control, and all it does is line in pockets of the usual suspects. The testing to map the seafloor, and the windmills themselves cause catastrophic damage to marine life that use echolocation,. The dredging, AC/DC converter’s, and underwater cables will be catastrophic as well. This is before even mentioning The motors in the wind turbines - filled with gear oil - suspended high above the ocean. We need to go nuclear, and we need to drill. Stop the offshore wind projects!
Economics, Public Safety, The Environment, and energy.
The most important characteristics for an elected official are integrity, discipline, and a strong moral foundation.

A politician can preach all day long about what they believe in, but if they aren’t willing to stand up for those principles, even when it means potential harm to oneself, then they don’t have any principles at all.

In order to combat all the different problems California is facing, it’s going to require somebody with energy and stamina, who’s willing to work relentless hours to solve these problems.

None of my opponents have the discipline or the spine to do that.

I have a strong moral framework that I believe represents California well. I believe in Liberty, Personal Responsibility, and individualism over collectivism - always.

We must return to a system of meritocracy that rises the smartest, brightest, and most talented in our society to the highest of levels, regardless of Socio economic status.

That’s what growing up as a California has taught me, and it seems like all of the fundamental principles - that I was taught were good - are being systematically attacked.

Crime is tolerated, and poor behavior is rewarded.

That needs to change, and that’s why I’m here
The core responsibilities for someone elected to state Senate is to responsibly legislate policy that directly affects everyone in their district, and California as a whole.

They must use best judgment, stay highly informed on every issue, and consistently listen to community feedback regarding legislative policies.

It is also our responsibility to eliminate bad legislation, and combat new, problematic, legislation.
I don’t care about my legacy. I care about fixing California.
I worked at stuffed pizza in San Jose. It was only for a few months. I was 15 years old and I made $5.75 an hour.
Atlas shrugged, because I’m an autistic libertarian.
Tyler Durden. Because he never existed in real life, or the movie.
Crime, commercial real estate bubble, jobs numbers, energy, state authoritarianism.
Not necessarily.

In fact, it could be an advantage to have no experience in politics.
Beneficial yes.

Essential, no.

With the super majority Democrats have, I’m not here to make friends.

I’m here to combat them, relentlessly, on every single bad policy.

I will fight them tooth and nail.

They won’t simply have to work with me, they will have to deal with me.
I’m afraid I can’t do that.
I would immediately begin working on a bill to end all offshore wind projects.
I’ll sit on any committee I’m invited to sit on, which I highly doubt will be any.
There is none, and there needs to be.

I’m very curious to know where the funding for the CCP linked bio lab, found in Reedley California, came from.
