Michael P. Whalen
Michael P. Whalen was a judge on the Seventh Circuit Court for Prince George's County in Maryland. He was appointed by former Governor Parris N. Glendening on November 3, 1999, and took office on November 29, 1999.[1] He retired on October 31, 2015.[2]
Education
Whalen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1973.[2]
