Michael Fitzpatrick was a judge for District IV of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He assumed office on August 1, 2017. He left office on July 31, 2023.

Fitzpatrick ran for re-election for the District IV judge of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He won in the general election on April 4, 2017.

Fitzpatrick received his bachelor's degree from Drake University in 1980 and his J.D. from Drake University Law School in 1984.[1]

Judge Fitzpatrick filed to run for election to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV.[3] He ran for the seat held by Judge Paul Higginbotham, who declined to stand for re-election. Fitzpatrick ran unopposed and therefore did not appear on the primary ballot.

Fitzpatrick was re-elected without opposition to the Rock County Circuit Court, Branch 3 in 2015. Wisconsin's general judicial election was held on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates was January 6, 2015.[4][5]
