I'm happily married to my wife Heather and have been for over 15 years. We have two kids, our son Spencer is 12 and our daughter Brooklynn is 10. We live in a tiny village that has that county-living feel to it, I love it!

I've had a few jobs over the years, many of them having an aspect of customer service. I started my own pest control company at the beginning of this year and trying to make that successful while running for public office has proven to be almost impossible. I'm a regular guy trying to make a living. I don't need fancy things, millions of dollars, huge houses, or anything like that. I just want to make sure the bills are paid and the family is taken care of. I'm straight-forward and transparent. I'm detailed-oriented which I get from dad who is a perfectionist. I like to kick back once in a while too and have some fun, after all that's what life is about.

Over the last decade I've had two near-death experiences, a stroke in 2015 and an instance in 2022. What those events taught me was something not a lot of people truly get to experience, and that is life is short. Sometimes it's way too short for some. We have to experience life, we have to enjoy the wonders it offers us. In the grand scheme of things we are only a blink of time and of that time, I want to make the best of it. My motto now, and for a while has been to "be kind, have fun, and try to be a little better than you were yesterday!"
  • I want to make education my first priority. My wife was a teacher for over 10 years and I've seen first hand how much the public education system is in need of resources. Teachers are under-paid, over-worked, and over-whelmed by the lack of order in some schools. I've heard some teachers refer to their jobs as babysitters. Teachers have almost no authority anymore and when they do try to discipline students for whatever reason, parents get upset and don't trust what teachers are reporting is the truth. I would like to generate new revenue streams to give public education more of the resources they need to succeed and to increase teachers' wages. We also need to find new ways to get more students to engage in their education.
  • When it comes to healthcare, specifically women's healthcare rights, all decisions that need to be made regarding the health of any person should be between them and their doctor. Government should not be involved in peoples' healthcare needs.
  • I really want to research and possibly invest in more green energy. Whether it's solar, wind, or whatever new technology there might be we need to find ways to reduce our carbon footprint and make this planet more sustainable for future generations. We need to recycle, reduce, and reuse as much as possible otherwise we'll see weather events get more and more destructible.
Party politics has gotten way out of hand. We need to stop using political differences as weapons within other branches government. Our courts need to leave their political beliefs out of decision making too and start basing their decisions on facts and the law.
My philosophy in life is to have fun, be kind, and try to be a little better than you were yesterday. In politics, I want to bring common sense and an olive branch to the office I'm running for. We need to start talking more to the other members of the legislature and coming to compromises and agreements. In stead of blaming everyone else for mistakes, take responsibility for your actions.
Honor and integrity are the first things that come to mind. In addition to that I believe a good politician is transparent and honest about the way they conduct themselves in office.
I like to look at situations from different perspectives and see what others may see. Also, I like to have fun and keep situations as light as possible.
To do what's best for the people in their district, as well as what's best for Wisconsin.
I'd like people to remember me for working with everyone, without regard for their political affiliation, to come to a common understanding of society.
I washed dishes at a restaurant in Fond du Lac, and I had it for about a month.
Watchers by Dean Koontz. I read that book in 8th grade and have loved every book by him since then.
Maybe Dr. Dolittle. I'd love to talk to animals.
The theme music from the television show Young Sheldon.
I believe they should get along and never blame anything on either one.
Infrastructure is always going to be at the forefront of minds here is Wisconsin because of our changing seasons. Besides that, I believe they are sustainable and affordable energy, and agriculture pollution.
In some cases yes, but as long as a candidate knows the issues facing their district and the state then they don't necessarily need experience.
Of course it's beneficial to have those relationships with other legislators so you can sit down and talk about issues and come to a compromise on different policies and regulations.
It depends on what those emergency powers are.
It's a toss-up between a bill about women's healthcare and getting government out of it, or legalizing marijuana to generate more revenue for education.
There needs to be full transparency and accountability within our government. Obviously, there are times when we can't provide the full details of everything we're currently doing because of adversaries possibly using some information against us, but when those times are over and when asked about them the government should provide us all of necessary details.
