Michael J. Rosborough was the judge for the Vernon County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor Tony Earl in 1986, and retired in 2017.[2]

Rosborough was born in Elgin, Ill. He received his bachelor's degree and J.D. from the University of Illinois. Rosborough worked in the office of the state appellate defender in Illinois before moving to Wisconsin in 1979 to join the La Crosse Public Defender’s Office.[2]
