Ballotpedia biographical submission form

The candidate completed Ballotpedia's biographical information submission form:

What is your political philosophy?

Part time legislature: — for part time legislature!

Public school teachers: — in favor of improved benefits for public school teachers!

Second amendment rights: — an absolute "right" (not privilege) that shall never be infringed! — (NRA) lifetime member! #159849405

Marijuana laws: — for cannabis! Marijuana naturally grown should never lawfully be labeled a drug until its inventor is revealed... every drug on planet earth has an archived inventor and consists of chemistry and usually with special patent rights. the government did not invent or patent the natural “organic” weed found wildly growing throughout american soil and along roadways, wheat fields, clover fields, culverts, gardens and in every valley throughout every land and in every country on planet earth...

Immigration/deportation laws: —Against Civil/forfeiture/deportation laws with federal nexus that separates and deports Michigan families having peaceably resided in our state some having spent 30-or more years in Michigan raised families of their own with businesses and employees, paid taxes, mortgaged homes, automobiles, investments contributing to a positive currency and economy. these families need legislative help to properly vet and differentiate a criminal from a hard-working moral family.

Civil asset forfeiture laws: —Against current law allows police officers to take and keep property from people even when they have not been charged or convicted of a crime. police officers that participate in this activity should be charged under state and federal felony laws by nexus, and, that of the united states constitution that protects people’s property and affects from illegal theft.

Ask for plastic bill: proposed bill: "ask for plastic" should become michigan law and would help michigan businesses profit at the same time help our environment. when business refrain from automatically handing out plastic products with every order it helps keep michigan pure.

Plastic products are filling our landfills and entering tributary streams negatively affecting sea turtles, mammals, salmon & trout, migratory fish, birds, fowl, falcons and soil, most of mother earth!

Law reform: proposed bill: (beckem law)

Any person employed in michigan as police officer, politician, city or government official would be required to comply with the same and equal civil right protections under “rule of law” and the united states constitution as any other citizen not owing occupation, existence or “employment privilege” to the state!

Police officer immunity —i support the abrogation of unconscionable immunity laws that shockingly seek to only protect and shield government officials, politicians and predominantly charlatan (bad) police officers from personal accountability and liability!

All officials should be held accountable and personally liable for confirmed, unlawful and unauthorized actions under the law, which violate the citizen’s, constitutionally protected rights!

To help limit officer misconducts; officer pay would be increased to $50.00 per hour to offset personal liability insurance policies. this would save taxpayers millions, and perhaps billions of dollars each year and would better secure the safety and security of all citizens that would provide millions of additional dollars for roads, infrastructure, and our school system.

Police unions — the purpose of private police unions has always been to shield & protect the “individual police officer and does nothing to protect or benefit the people or the state!

Police unions are bad for michigan: any politician that accepts police union endorscement from (poam) or (fraternal order of police) are wolf shepherds in sheep clothing!

3.) Personal liability (e&o) insurance: — would be “mandated” for all government occupations that interact with the public.

4.) Drug testing — drug testing, and random testing of police officers and elected officials would become codified law!

5.) State registry for bad police officers: — would be part of (public acts 286, 287, 294 and 355 of 1994) similar (but new) category as sex offender for the safety of each and every community member!

6.) Dangerous people re-hired by other police departments: — our bill would stop “bad people” from being re-hired at other departments or precincts or legislative bodies.

Unconscionable immunity laws that disturbingly protect individuals in uniform and in public office from un-lawful acts should grind against the grain of both democrat and republican.

Is there anything you would like to add?

Police unions are bad for Michigan residents: Any politician that accepts police union endorscement from (poam) or (fraternal order of police) are wolf shepherds in sheep clothing!

Lower taxes, less government and more freedom for the people! [6]

—Michael Saari[2]
