Michael Scarmack, AIA is a design professional, registered as an architect in the States of Ohio and New York. He has been a resident of Fairfield County Ohio for decades. He and his wife, Stacey are the parents to four children and grandparents to five grandchildren.

He's running for this office to give voters a choice, be they Democrats, Unaffiliated Citizens and disgruntled Republicans, in a gerrymandered district, to balance the legislator field within the Ohio House General Assembly.

In the longest living democracy the world has experienced in known history, political complete disorder. It is an imperative, we collectively strive to preserve and protect the human rights of every individual in our township, our county, our district, our state, our nation and our world, to further all life, to free people to pursue happiness.

Working for constituencies within District 73, Scarmack intends to replicate in word, spirit, need and impartiality the promise to all for peace, dignity and equality, while opposing oppression and cruelty, from rogue rulers, by reclaiming the authority of the rule of law.

Michael is “an Ohioan who cares, for our Home”.
  • Is our desire for a good life being infringed upon? What sets our write-in candidate apart is his unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity.
  • Is our liberty being infringed upon? Liberty stands as a sacred pillar, protected and preserved from the encroachment of tyrannical forces that seek to impose their will on the individual.
  • Is our pursuit of happiness being infringed upon? In our pursuit of happiness, it is crucial to prioritize self-awareness and introspection.
As a design professional, working on multiple projects over multiple decades, with clients from a variety of walks of life similarities are found with legislating laws in order in the public domain. Just as any built construct, requires planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and oversight, so too does the process of lawmaking require the same.

In this specific time within the earthly environs we as a planet, nation, state, and district within our state be environmentally aware of our interaction not only with others, yet also with the natural world within which we reside. Our every decision, and there can be thousands, should reflect our observance of materials used and dismantled, reconstituted and provided for a building, a product, a good, a railway or a rocket to space.

We together must be diligent and conscious of people in our society, spending public tax dollars for their own benefit. Case in point, we have unfair and illegal districting, in Ohio threw a gerrymandered process of one-sided legislative and governing body leading us to autocratic solutions meant for a few people, however, not for the many citizens, now living in our District and our State.

We need all Ohioans to care, and specifically we need an Ohioan who cares for our home. That candidate is Michael Scarmack. Write-in Scarmack for the Ohio Primary Election.
