Michael Troutman was a candidate for the 18th Judicial District of North Carolina in 2012.[1][2]

Education

Troutman received his B.A. degree from the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in 1990 and his J.D. degree from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1993.[3]

Career

2012 election

Troutman ran for election to the District Court on Nov. 6, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge Sherry F. Alloway after receiving 42.06% of the vote.[2][1]
