Michael Vaughn
Michael L. Vaughn (b. November 12, 1957) is a former Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 24 from 2003 to 2017. He resigned from the state House on January 11, 2017, before the start of the 2017 legislative session. Reznik served as a deputy majority whip from 2006 to 2017.[1]
Biography
Vaughn's professional experience includes working as an investment advisor for Merrill Lynch, Dean Witter, Fidelity Investment.

Elections for the Maryland House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Erek Barron and incumbents Carolyn J.B. Howard and Michael L. Vaughn defeated incumbent Darren M. Swain, Tiffany Alston, Marva Jo Camp, Durand Adrian Ford, Greg Hall, Delaneo L. Miller and Phillip A. Raines in the Democratic primary, while Cy Okoro was unopposed in the Republican primary. Barron, Howard and Vaughn defeated Okoro for three seats in the general election.[2][3][4]
2010
Vaughn successfully won re-election in the general election on November 2, 2010. He took the third of three seats in the district. No Republicans filed for the seat.[5]

On November 7, 2006, Michael Vaughn ran for District 24 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the third of three seats, behind Joanne Benson and Carolyn Howard.[6]
