Michael W. Manners
Michael W. Manners was a circuit court judge for the 16th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] Manners was appointed to the bench on November 17, 2000 by Governor Roger Wilson and retired on August 1, 2013.[1][2][3]
Education
Manners earned his B.A. in history and political science from Central Missouri State University in 1972 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1976.[4]
