Michael Wojcik (Democratic Party) is a judge of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He assumed office in 2016. His current term ends on January 5, 2026.

Biography

Michael Wojcik received a bachelor's degree from Juniata College and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1989.[1] After graduating from law school, Wojcik worked in private practice. He started at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart in Pittsburgh, then practiced in Norfolk, Va., from 1992 to 1996. Returning to Pittsburgh, he joined Thorp, Reed & Armstrong, where he later made partner. In 2000, Wojcik became a part-time solicitor in Allegheny County, and left private practice to serve as a full-time solicitor in 2008. He returned to the law firm in 2012, now called Clark Hill, and also serves as the solicitor for the Allegheny County Airport Authority.[1]
