Michael Yaworsky
Michael Yaworsky is the Florida Commissioner of Insurance Regulation. He assumed office on March 13, 2023.
Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) appointed Yaworsky on February 10, 2023.
Biography
Michael Yaworsky earned a B.S. in social science from Florida State University in 2005 and a J.D. from Samford University in 2013. Yaworsky's career experience includes working as the chief of staff of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and a legal counsel with the Georgia Department of Insurance. He served as the vice chair of the Florida Gaming Control Commission.[1][2]
