- Michele is a small business owner, nonprofit leader, and mom who has balanced budgets, led teams, and delivered real results for working families and children. She has real world experience and understands the challenges families and small business owners are facing today.
- People in this district are worried about the cost of living, our children's futures, and a lack of accountability. And they’re tired of politicians who are more focused on dividing us than listening to their needs. Michele will work across the aisle when it makes sense, and she will always stand firm when it comes to protecting our families, our values and our future.
- Michele is proud to call Illinois her home. She was born and raised here. Michele knows that Illinois residents are concerned about the affordability of this state and if anyone cares. As a mother of two college aged daughters and daughter of a mother who lives on a fixed income, she is experiencing the squeeze that many in Illinois are experiencing. Michele wants to make Illinois more affordable. Not only that, Michele wants Illinois to be the best state to live, work, and raise a family.
