Biography
Michele Rayner lives in St. Petersburg, Florida. Rayner earned a B.S. in political science from Florida State University, an M.S. in international affairs from Florida State University, and a J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law. Her career experience includes working as an attorney. Rayner has been affiliated with the NAACP, the Fred G. Minnis Sr. Bar Association, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.[1]
