Michelle Ann Larkin is a judge for District 11 of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She assumed office in 2008. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Larkin was appointed to this position by Governor Tim Pawlenty (R) on June 24, 2008.[1]
Education
Judge Larkin received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in 1988 and her J.D from William Mitchell College of Law in 1992.[1]
Career
Judge Larkin began her legal career as an attorney with the Office of the Public Defender in Hennepin County. She held this position until 2001, when she became the senior attorney and trial team supervisor of this office. On Nov. 10, 2005, she was appointed to the 4th District Court (Hennepin County), where she served until her appointment to the court of appeals.[1]
