Michelle Boulter
Michelle Boulter was a member of the Utah State Board of Education, representing District 15. Boulter assumed office in 2017. Boulter left office on January 4, 2021.
Boulter (Republican Party) ran for election to the Utah State Senate to represent District 29. Boulter lost in the Republican convention on April 25, 2020.
Biography
Prior to her election to the board, Boulter had served as the co-founder of Return to Parental Rights and Gathering Families, which her official biography describes as "an effort to encourage local policy leaders to uphold the family as the fundamental unit of society."[1]
