Chambers' website outlined her campaign priorities as follows:[6]

The future of Fort Wayne is momentous, however, is not without its challenges. Over the years, I have seen first-hand opportunities for some of the cities residents but not all. It is the concerns of those residents uncertain about their neighborhoods, schools and businesses that often feel as though they are on the 'sidelines of success' that have captured my attention and fueled my candidacy for City Council At-Large.

The greatness of our city should not be limited to the excitement and growth of downtown, but should spread like wild fire across all of Fort Wayne – for THIS is our destiny. I am committed to using my knowledge and experience to help make Fort Wayne a place where people want to work, raise families and retire. As a member of Fort Wayne City Council I will focus on:

  • Economic Growth
  • Governmental Transparency
  • Public Safety[7]
