Michelle DeCasas is a judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California. DeCasas assumed office in 2020. DeCasas' current term ends on January 8, 2029.

DeCasas won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

DeCasas was appointed to the court by Governor Gavin Newsom (D) on April 28, 2020, to replace John Joseph Cheroske.[1]

Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing DeCasas' appointment on April 28, 2020, identified DeCasas as a Democrat.[1]
