1) Protect our County General Plan to stop overdevelopment of our neighborhoods and rural lands, while addressing the need for affordable housing solutions; protect our coastline and natural resources 2) Ensure access to Public Health Services to include wrap around services in order to protect public health for all; address the homeless crisis through increased mental health, substance abuse, job training and placement, and social services 3) Enhance and strengthen public safety and fire protection for all communities within San Diego County
