Michelle Sisco
Michelle Sisco is a judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court. Her current term ends on January 5, 2027.
Sisco won re-election for judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court outright after the general election on November 3, 2020, was canceled.
Education
Sisco received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1988 and her J.D. from the University of Florida in 1991.[1]
Career
Sisco is a former legal intern for U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich. Sisco began her career in 1991 as an assistant state attorney in Hillsborough County. She left that position in 1998 to join the private law firm of Trombley & Hanes. She handled white-collar criminal defense and civil law for four years at that firm. In August of 2002, she was appointed to the Hillsborough County Court by Gov. Bush. In 2005, she was elevated to the circuit court.[1]
