The Michigan Decertify 2020 Election Initiative was not on the ballot in Michigan as an indirect initiated state statute on November 5, 2024.
This ballot measure called to decertify the 2020 Presidential election, recall and replace the electors of the 2020 election, required the Michigan legislature to "seek proceedings to legally establish the rightful President of the United States", and “to make findings of fact and conclusions of law on the integrity of the 2020 general election finding a preponderance of the evidence that corrupt practices changed the outcome.”

Stages of this ballot initiative
Decertify Michigan is leading the effort to get this initiative onto the ballot.[1] The petition for this ballot initiative was filed on March 31, 2022. The ballot initiative group needed to collect 340,047 valid signatures by June 1. As of April 22, the petition group stated that they were collecting signatures for this ballot measure.[2]
