A Mid-County Ambulance District Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wood and Ottawa Counties, which are in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Mid-County Ambulance District to renew a property tax levy of 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for three years in order to fund EMS and ambulance services.[1]
