Two Middle Point Village & Union Township Current Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Middle Point and the township of Union which are in Van Wert County.
The Middle Point measure sought to renew the current expenses levy which is set at a rate of 2.9 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for current expenses in the village.

- NO 114 (64.04%)
The Union measure sought to renew the current expenses levy which is set at a rate of 1 mill for a further five years in order to continue to pay for current expenses in the township.[1]
