A Middleton School District Revenue Override Measure was on the November 6, 2012 ballot in the Middleton school district, which is in Dane County, where it was approved.
This measure sought to allow the school to exceed the state set revenue limit by a rate of $797,000 for one year in order to further pay for operational costs in the district.[1]

The question on the ballot:
| BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District, Dane County, Wisconsin, that the revenues included in the School District budget be authoried to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $797,000 per year for the 2014-2015 school year and thereafter for recurring purposes consisting of operating expenses resulting from the addition to Glacier Creek Middle School and the construction of Kromrey Middle School.[2] |
