Two School Levy Renewal measures were on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the Midview & Strongsville school district areas which are in Lorain County.
The Midview measure sought to renew the current school levy which is set at a rate of 3.39 mills for a further ten years in order to continue to pay for emergency requirements as needed in the school district area.
The Strongsville measure sought to renew the current school levy which is set at a rate of 6 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for current expenses as needed in the school district area.[1]
