Mike Freeman (Tennessee)
Mike Freeman is a former member of the Nashville Metro Council in Tennessee, representing District 16. He was elected in the general election on August 6, 2015. He did not seek re-election in 2019.
Biography
Freeman was born in Nashville and graduated from Martin Luther King Magnet High School. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and has professional experience with civil and construction engineering.[1]

All 41 metro council seats—including the office of vice mayor—were up for election. In District 16, Mike Freeman defeated incumbent Tony Tenpenny.[2][3]
