Mike Graves is a Republican District 6 representative on the Cullman County Schools Board of Education in Alabama. He won election to the board in the general election on November 4, 2014.

Graves was a Republican candidate for District 11 of the Alabama House of Representatives in 2013. He lost in the primary election.[1]

Incumbents Chris Carter (R), Kenny Brockman (R) and Jason Clyde Speegle (R) ran unopposed to retain the District 2, 4 and 7 seats, respectively. Randy Hasenbein (D), the District 6 incumbent, faced challenger Mike Graves (R).

Graves ran for election in the special election for Alabama House of Representatives District 11. The seat was vacant following Jeremy Oden's (R) resignation to accept an appointed to the Alabama Public Service Commission on November 30, 2012. Graves lost against Lydia Haynes, Danny Alldredge and Randall Shedd in the Republican primary on February 12, 2013.[1]
