Mike Hensley is a judge of the Jefferson County Superior Court in Indiana. He was elected on November 4, 2014, for a term expiring on December 31, 2020.[1] His father was a circuit court judge from 1977 to 1989.[2]

Hensley ran for election to the Jefferson County Superior Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Democratic primary on May 6, 2014, receiving 44.1 percent of the vote. He competed against William A. Gray and Mary Jean Stotts.
General: He defeated Alison T. Frazier in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 58.7 percent of the vote. [1][3] 

Education

Hensley graduated from Madison Consolidated High School in 1973. He earned his B.S. in finance in 1977 from Indiana University-Bloomington. There, Hensley was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary business fraternity. He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in 1980.[2]
