Mike Jones Jr. (Alabama state representative)
Mike Jones Jr. (Republican Party) was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 92. He assumed office on November 3, 2010. He left office on November 9, 2022.
Jones (Republican Party) ran for election to the Alabama State Senate to represent District 31. He lost in the Republican primary on May 24, 2022.
Biography
Jones graduated from Anadalusia High School in 1985. He attended LBW State Junior College, Birmingham Southern College, and the University of Alabama School of Law. Jones' professional experience includes working as an attorney, serving as a councilman for the city of Andalusia (including a stint as mayor pro tempore), and serving as a municipal judge.

The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 7, 2014. Incumbent Mike Jones Jr. was unopposed in the Republican primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[1][2][3][4]

Jones defeated Greg White in the June 1 primary. He defeated Democrat David S. Darby and Independent Don Cotton in the November 2 general election.[5][6]
