Mike Lucas is a judge on the Washington County Court of Common Pleas in Washington County, Pennsylvania. He was elected on November 5, 2013 for a term that expires in 2023. He and Valarie S. Costanzo ran as cross-filed candidates for both open seats on the bench.

Lucas ran for election to the Washington County Court of Common Pleas.

Primary: He received 25.9 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Republican, winning that primary with 20.2% of the vote. 
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.

Lucas earned his B.A. in history from Washington and Jefferson College in 1989 and his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1992.[3]

Career

Lucas was a first assistant district attorney in Washington County.[3] He was elected to the Court of Common Pleas in 2013.
