Mike Stahly was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 7th Congressional District of Michigan.

Upon graduation from high school in 1983, Stahly earned his bachelor's degree from Olivet College in 1993. In 1996, he obtained a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Western Michigan University. He was a member of the Potterville City Council.[1]

Stahly was running in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Michigan's 7th District. He would have faced incumbent Tim Walberg and Dan Davis in the Republican primary. Kurt R. Haskell and Ruben Marquez are competing for the Democratic ticket.

While Stahly initially appeared on candidate lists, he was later disqualified.[2]
