Mike Wiggins was the judge for the Guadalupe County Court in Texas.[1] He was first elected to the court in 2006. He resigned on April 30, 2012. Prior to his resignation, he was arrested for a misdemeanor marijuana charge.[2]

2010 election

Wiggins won the Republican primary, receiving 70.3 percent of the vote. He was re-elected after running unopposed.[3][4]
