Mildred Cabán is a judge on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico. She was appointed to the court in May of 2010 and her term will expire on March 16, 2038.[1][2][3]
Education
Cabán received an undergraduate degree from Barnard College and a J.D. from New York University.[4]
Career
Cabán began her career as a law clerk to Hector Laffitte. Prior to her appointment as judge, Cabán was a partner at Goldman Antonetti & Córdova, P.S.C. There, she focused on bankruptcy and creditors' rights.[5]
