The question on the ballot:

The Board of Directors of Mill A School District No. 31 adopted Resolution 2010-2011 #3 concerning this proposition. This proposition authorizes the District to levy the following excess taxes on all taxable property within the District, to support the District's maintenance and operations:Collection Year: 2012, Estimated Levy Rate per $1000 of Assessed Valuation: $1.38, Total Amount: $70,000. Collection Year: 2013, Estimated Levy Rate per $1000 of Assessed Valuation: $1.99, Total Amount: $100,000.[3]
