Millard S. Everhart
Millard S. Everhart was a resident judge of the Fifth Circuit Court in Toledo, Illinois.[1] He was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court on November 26, 2002, and his term expired in 2016.[2]
Education
Everhart earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Millikin University, going on to receive his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School.[2]
