Milton S. Wharton
Milton Wharton was a justice on the Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court. He was appointed on December 4, 2020, to succeed David K. Overstreet, and took office on December 7, 2020.[1] Wharton did not seek re-election in 2022.
He previously served on the same court from November 1, 2019, to December 6, 2020, after being appointed to succeed Melissa Chapman.[2]
Wharton was a judge of the Twentieth Circuit of Illinois.[3] He retired from the court in 2012.[4]
