Mily Rodriguez-Powell was a Civil Division judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was appointed by former Governor Jeb Bush on December 19, 2005, effective the following January.[1][2] She was re-elected in 2008, 2014, and 2020. She retired from the court effective February 28, 2022.

Rodriguez-Powell ran for re-election to the Seventeenth Circuit Court.
As an unopposed candidate, she was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [3] 

Education

Rodriguez-Powell received her B.S. degree from Florida International University and her J.D. degree from the University of Miami. She was admitted to the bar in 1985.[4]
